The filtration area of filter press ranges from 0.016 m2 to 1200 m2, and the normal filtration pressure ranges from 0.2 MPa to 4.0MPa.
High pressure filter press even reaching 7.0MPa,So as to reduce moisture content of the filter cake to the lowest, reduce filtration cycle time.
Filter plate has chamber plate,membrane plate,plate and frame plate,middle/upper/corner feed plate,high temperature plate, inlay plate,etc.
The plate frame material includes cast iron, reinforced poly. Acrylic, glass fiber polypropylene(heat resistant 120°C), stainless steel frame.
